Upon arrival, I was delighted by the modern decor and cleanliness of my well-appointed room. The provided database made it easy to navigate and access essential amenities throughout the apartment, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive that enhanced my experience.

I noticed a minor inconvenience with the Wi-Fi connection, which was occasionally slow. While this didn't significantly impact my overall stay, it could be improved to match the otherwise high-quality experience.

Central location was a plus.

The hallway feels like a gloomy, unsettling dungeon with its dark walls and eerie street sounds. It really throws off the vibe. Plus, that staircase is super sketchy-definitely a tripping hazard. Just not a cute entrance at all!

The food choices were fabulous.

it has decent, perfectly comfortable setting, not far from central launceston, even the city park, and restaurants and pubs. launceston cbd district is worth seeing.

I was eager to visit the Cataract Gorge Reserve during my trip to Launceston because of its amazing natural beauty and the opportunity to enjoy scenic walks. I specifically chose Change Overnight for its proximity, and I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic support they offered through their partnership with local tour guides. This initiative provided me with excellent recommendations and information on the best spots to explore while ensuring a smooth experience during my stay. The hotel's location near such a stunning landmark enhanced my visit.

The parking situation, as there was some confusion about the access to the parking garage, which could have been communicated more clearly.

Location adjacent to central Launceston, Launceston CBD, and many restaurants and cafes. A lot of great food at breakfast time. Easy check-in, parking onsite.

the spacious one-bedroom apartment had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfy beds. the easy contactless check-in made the process smooth, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I appreciated how quickly the team addressed my concerns. plus, knowing that part of my fee goes to charity was an added bonus!

I booked a room with a very comfy bed, climate control, flat-screen TV and a coffee maker. Fantastic service, as the staff were very very helpful and really helpful. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Launceston Tramway Museum was good...

I recently stayed for a weekend getaway and was thoroughly impressed with this unique accommodation. The electronically checked-in process was seamless, and the spacious two-bedroom courtyard apartment felt even nicer than the photos suggested. I loved the airy downstairs living area, which opened onto an inviting outdoor space. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer/dryer combo was a bonus.
